The Cold Chain Unit at Patalganga, Navi Mumbai, has introduced value-added services for cheese export, featuring the first-of-its-kind stuffing operations in the region.
Scope of work includes - Receiving material at 0 degrees Celsius and blast freezing at -40 degree C. Packaging and labelling. Palletisation with fumigated pallets, knitting and shrink nylon wrapping. Secure placement of pallets in reefer container, supported by dunnage bags to ensure material safety during transit.
